About Teacher

Meet Fardeen Saifi, a traditional strength trainer inspired by natural movement and functional fitness. His journey transformed when he discovered Mudgar training — an ancient Indian method using wooden clubs to build strength, balance, and control.

What began as personal practice became a mission to revive this forgotten system. Fardeen now trains people of all levels, breaking the myth that Mudgar is outdated or only for athletes.

He focuses on proper technique, controlled movement, and long-term joint health, helping people build real, sustainable strength the traditional way.
