Cancellation & Return Policy

At TradiFit, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand our cancellations, returns, and replacement procedures.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at support@tradifit.com with your order details
  • Orders canceled within 12 hours are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be initiated and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be accepted

Return & Replacement Policy

  • We accept returns within 90 days of product delivery
  • Refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item
  • Domestic and international replacements are offered only for products deemed eligible, specifically those reported as broken or damaged within 3 months or 90 days of delivery

Replacement Processing Times:

  • Domestic replacements: Takes Up to 4 weeks to process and deliver the new product to you.
  • International replacements: Takes Up to 5 weeks to process and deliver the new product to you.

If you believe your product qualifies for a replacement, contact us at support@tradifit.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at support@tradifit.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
