About Teacher

Meet Arjun Nair, a traditional strength trainer whose journey into fitness began with a deep interest in natural movement and functional strength.



His path changed when he discovered the ancient practice of Mudgar training — a traditional Indian strength method that builds power, balance, and control using wooden clubs. What started as personal training soon became a passion to revive and share this forgotten strength system.



Through years of practice and teaching, he realized that many people believed Mudgar training was either outdated or only meant for professional athletes. Determined to break this myth, he began training people of all fitness levels, proving that Mudgar is accessible, effective, and safe for everyone.



Today, Arjun Nair focuses on teaching Mudgar with correct technique, controlled movement, and progressive training. His sessions emphasize grip strength, shoulder stability, core engagement, and long-term joint health, rather than shortcuts or heavy lifting.



Driven by the belief that traditional tools can transform modern fitness, his mission is to help people build real, sustainable strength — the way it was practiced for generations.
